Vanaf het eerste moment was hij enthousiast, betrokken en oprecht geïnteresseerd in mijn situatie en mijn doelen. Gezien ik het de laatste jaren heb gehad met de drukte van verschillende fitnesketens in de regio, zocht ik een rustigere plek waarbij ik ook deftige coaching kon krijgen en wou eens een keer proberen bij flexmaar. Ik was in het begin een beetje sceptisch maar gezien ik al een tijdje last had van mijn rug en knieën wou ik het een kans geven. Wauw, was ik hier maar eerder gekomen. Niet alleen is mijn conditie erop vooruitgegaan, Brandon wist heel goed welke oefeningen ik moest en niet moest doen maar ook hoe ik ze moest uit voeren en wanneer juist. Bovendien gaf hij heel goed advies op gebied van voeding en voelde ik me na enige tijd een stuk beter. Staar je echt niet blind op de prijs, Brandon weet van aanpakken en neemt je klachten en zorgen heel serieus. Ik kan hem niet genoeg bedanken voor zijn ondersteuning. Je voelt je gelijk op je gemak en het is daar echt mooi, je hoort en ziet de vogels terwijl je traint. De tijd gaat echt heel snel voorbij en op deze manier wil je elke dag wel trainen! Ik zal Brandon aan iedereen aanraden, zelfs iemand die geen echte discipline heeft kan erg ver komen met zo'n oprechte en spontane trainer. Het mooie is dat hij holistisch kijkt ( naar het plaatje in zijn geheel ) en dus verstand heeft van lichaam, ziel en geest wat super belangrijk is. Als alles en alle delen meewerken, dan pas wordt het 1 geheel en is er een echte samenwerking wat zorgt dat werkelijk alles mogelijk is!
